You will be competing against yourself in this online challenge that will keep you motivated and literally on your toes!

*5 weeks - Monday, March 18 - Sunday, April 21 (Easter...Perfect timing for a celebration!)
*$60 (preferred payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp)
*Private Facebook Page
*First Weigh-in on March 17; weekly weigh-in on Sundays; text me your weight
*Each week your goal is to earn 3 points:
1. Workout 5 days for a minimum of 30 minutes
- You can do your own workouts
- You can utilize workouts that will be posted on Facebook each week; there will be 2 “live” workouts provided weekly AND 5 written workouts provided weekly with video demos of the movements
2. Keep a written food log
- I will provide the food log sheet
- a photo of your food log should be submitted to me on Sundays
3. Nail the challenge!!
- each nutrition-based challenge will be posted on Sundays
- an example: drink 8 glasses of water daily
**For each week that you earn 3 points you will receive $5 back at the end of the challenge! (potential total of $25 back to you!)
***Bonus…If you workout 5 days during spring break you get 2 “free points” to use during the challenge!!
