TEAM 10 – $0
If you need to lose 10lbs, want accountability, know it’s time to get your nutrition on track, need someone to work you out and keep you on track, this 1-month plan is the one for you!

Team 10 Details:
  • February 13-March 12
  • Order Shakeology through www.shakeology.com/jenniemann - one-time order (approx. $125)
  • Join one Core Living group workout per week (4 workouts)
  • Receive 3 workouts to do at home or at the gym each week
  • Receive a variety of breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner recipes to choose from each week
  • Get daily team text challenges – each week will have a different fitness or nutrition theme

If you need to lose 20lbs, want accountability, know it’s time to get your nutrition on track, need someone to work you out and keep you on track, this 2-month plan is the one for you!

Team 20 Details:
  • February 13-April 14
  • Order Shakeology through www.shakeology.com/jenniemann - two-time order (approx. $125/order)
  • Join one Core Living group workout per week (8 workouts)
  • Receive 3 workouts to do at home or at the gym each week
  • Receive a variety of breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner recipes to choose from each week
  • Get daily team text challenges – each week will have a different fitness or nutrition theme


TEAM WORKOUT - $25
If it’s time to change up your workout routine, you want accountability, & are ready to challenge yourself with daily fitness tests, this one month plan is the one for you.

Team Workout Details:
  • February 13-March 12
  • Receive 3 workouts per week to do at home or at the gym – each week builds on the one previous
  • Get daily team text challenges – each week will have a different fitness or nutrition theme 

Deadline to sign up for all teams is February 9. If participating in Team 10 or Team 20, you must order your Shakeology no later than February 9. The sooner the better!  Workouts start the week of February 13. Questions?  Post here or email directly jj_niemann@hotmail.com.
