Today's Tip: November Recipe #13 - Roasted Shrimp! A super easy and fabulous appetizer for your next party.

This is truly one of the BEST appetizer/finger food recipes I have ever had.  And it is so simple to prepare too!  When we lived in Fresno our neighborhood had really fun Christmas parties, and one year my friend Diana brought this shrimp and it was fabulous!  Since then it's been a favorite.


Roasted Shrimp

2 lb. extra large shrimp
1 Tbl olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground pepper

Sauce:
½ cup chili sauce
½ cup ketchup
3 Tbl horseradish
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp tabasco sauce

Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.  Serve warm or at room temperature with sauce.
