Roasted Shrimp
2 lb. extra large shrimp
1 Tbl olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Sauce:
½ cup chili sauce
½ cup ketchup
3 Tbl horseradish
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp tabasco sauce
Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with sauce.
