Today's Tip: November Recipe #6 - 3 Ingredient Dip

This is so simple I'm almost embarrassed to post it!  But maybe you haven't ever thought of putting these three ingredients together, so I'll post it just in case.

1/2 avocado
1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup salsa

Scoop out 1/2 avocado and mash in a bowl.  Add the other ingredients (all 2 of them!) and stir to combine well.

That's it.  This is our favorite thing to put on Quesadillas or as a dip for raw veggies.  This amount serves about 2 people.  Tweak the amounts to make the flavor just what you or your family likes.

Easy peasy!
