1)
Have a tablespoon of peanuts and a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips instead of a
pack of peanut M&Ms. Save 127 cal.
2)
Dip baby carrots, cucumber and bell pepper rather than 14 tortilla chips in your
guacamole or salsa. Save 220 or more cal.
3)
Make your snack a small meal. Eat two mini Babybel Light cheese wedges, a half
cup of grapes, & a few whole-grain crackers instead of nibbling your way
through half a block of Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese. Save at least 400
cal.
